「滿滿海洋垃圾」激勵他們開公司 搜集起來製成「絕美剔透手繩」：賺進8.8億
2021年08月21日海洋垃圾不僅污染環境，還威脅著海洋生物的生存。2位熱愛衝浪的年輕人決定成立一間公司，為環保出一分力。他們收集海洋垃圾，用這些垃圾製作漂亮的手繩，短短幾年就回收100多萬噸垃圾，銷售額高達3000萬美元（約台幣8.8億元）。
▼Andrew Cooper和Alex Schulze是大學同學，都很喜歡衝浪。2015年時，他們一起到印尼峇里島衝浪。他們本以為自己能看到清澈的大海、乾淨的沙灘，結果卻看到一大堆被沖上岸的垃圾。不僅如此，海面上也有很多垃圾，漁船在垃圾中行駛，漁民拉起魚網時把垃圾丟回去，並沒有清理的意思。
